Purpose Of Position: |
To work alongside the HODs and the Director in a tactically oriented function to meet the graphic design needs of the Company. The Company seeks a competent and creative designer to determine visual requirements that support organizational business and creative goals. The candidate will need to be bright, imaginative, and a capable designer with strong communication skills specifically seeking a smaller environment to work in. |
Responsibilities: |
The Senior Designer is responsible for the creation of all visual design – online and offline, visual concept, for the Company websites and other platforms. The candidate must be capable of leading the creative aspects of a project. |
Requirements: |
- A bachelor's degree in graphic design and minimum of five years experience as a graphic designer
- Proficiency using CS2: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign is required; knowledge of Vector Works and FileMaker Pro is a plus.
- Ability to create superior, original designs
- Strong design style and Strong conceptual skills
- Knowledge of Web site structure and functionality.
- Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media.
- Has demonstrated successful design and integration, and the delivery of projects on time
- Ability to effective manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to work with a large variety of personnel
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment

Purpose Of Position: |
To develop graphic designs, working in tandem with the Senior Graphic Designer and HODs of the Company to ensure smooth delivery. The candidate will need to be bright, imaginative, and a capable designer with strong communication skills specifically seeking a smaller environment to work in. |
Responsibilities: |
Should be responsible for planning, monitoring, and designing on a varied platform such as online marketing materials, branding, layouts, brochures, etc. |
Requirements: |
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in multimedia companies/agencies
- Excellent working knowledge of PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark Xpress, color theory, typography, design standards, is a must
- Exceptional ability to apply graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography, concept ideation, color theory, use of texture, spacing, and scale
- Ability to come up with strategies for layouts and artistic concepts and to create visual images that engage and attract
- Artistic ability and creative thinking for designing eye-catching and effective graphics
- Create and execute design concepts and develop artwork for a variety of activities
- Should be self-motivated and able to manage the workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask

- Candidate should be a Graduate
- To identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
- To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handling objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service is met at all times.
- To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
- Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and member relations department.
